Note: Please be advised that leather, being a natural product, may have inherent blemishes and will not be completely flawless. As our leather is recycled, you might notice some minor imperfections, which gradually integrate into the leather’s overall tone as it ages. Rest assured, we meticulously examine each and every bag, both internally and externally, to ensure our complete satisfaction before they are dispatched to you.
Shipping Times:
We are excited to offer shipping across Australia! For items currently in stock, we aim to dispatch your orders within 2–4 days from the time of purchase. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide. If you need your order sooner, you can opt for express post for just $5. We are excited to offer shipping across Australia! All orders are dispatched promptly, and we currently ship only within Australia. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:
At Kosa Leather, we want to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Please read the following guidelines for exchanges, returns, and refunds:
Return Policy:
We offer a return policy; any damage or faults must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order and you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to return to us. However, please note that returns are only accepted for faulty/Damaged items and not for change of mind purchases.
Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty product, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us at Kosaleather@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the faulty item and verify its condition, we will either provide a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on feasibility. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully select your items before completing your order.
Refund Timeframe:
Refunds for faulty items will not be issued after 7 days from the date of receiving your order. We strive to process refunds within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the returned item in its original condition with tags attached.
Exchange Policy:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, Because of faulty product please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
